Janell M. Kuck, CPA | Senior Manager
Janell has been with Maloney + Novotny (formerly Wolf, Rogers, and Dickey) since 2005, working as a Senior Manager in the Delaware office.  She has extensive industry experience in Agribusiness, Construction and Real Estate, Professional Services, and Estates and Trusts.  Janell is especially knowledgeable in both individual and corporate income tax planning and compliance, estates and trust taxation, and assisting clients with day-to-day accounting matters.  Her focus is on helping her clients maintain compliance while protecting and growing assets.

Angelique K. Boulis, CPA | Senior Manager
Angel joined Maloney + Novotny (formerly Wolf, Rogers, and Dickey) in the fall of 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Angel worked in both public accounting and in private industry as a CFO of a privately held company. Angel has experience in providing a variety of business and tax services.  She helps small businesses plan for the future by offering accounting and tax planning strategies that will save them money and increase their profits.

Scott S. Fraker, CPA | Tax Manager
Scott joined Maloney + Novotny (formerly Wolf, Rogers, and Dickey) in the fall of 2013. He is a Tax Manager focused in the firm’s tax practice area. Prior to joining the firm, Scott worked in both the corporate tax industry and public accounting. Scott brings to Maloney + Novotny specific tax planning and compliance knowledge for corporate and pass-through entities as well as high net-worth individuals. Scott currently services clients in the manufacturing, retail, and real estate industries.  His focus is helping clients minimize tax liabilities and exposure through effective tax planning and compliance.
