Statement on the Privacy of Customer Information
The Richwood Banking Company respects the privacy expectations and rights of
its customers regarding financial information and other related information
which the bank has or gathers in the normal course of business.
The Richwood Banking Company collects, retains, and uses information about individual
customers only when we believe it would be useful (and allowed by law) in administering
our business and to provide products, services and other opportunities to our
customers. This information is obtained from application information, transaction
information and consumer report information.
The Richwood Banking Company will use customer's personally identifying information
in our normal course of business. Personal information will not be sold or distributed
to other parties for marketing purposes.
The Richwood Banking Company does not disclose any non-public personal information
about our customers or former customers, except as permitted by law.
The Richwood Banking Company will not disclose non-public information about former
customers after two years from the time they cease to be our customers. For the
first two years, however, we may share information in the same manner and to
the same categories of other parties as we do with current customers.
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above to third
parties who provide products or services on our behalf. We may also provide such
information to third parties to perform marketing on our behalf or in conjunction
with us.

need to know what information to provide products and services to you. We maintain
